The house lists Booking.com, Hostelworld and Expedia as official, plus reception's WhatsApp (+57 304 522 9053) and the email musaparadisiacahostel@gmail.com. Deposits are only ever paid through those channels: if anyone asks you for money another way, check with reception first.

Because rates change with the date, the season and the channel, and we'd rather not show you an outdated price. You'll see them instantly on Hostelworld, or reception will confirm them on WhatsApp.

Yes. The house offers special plans and rates for groups, companies and extended stays, quoted case by case. Use the group enquiry and reception will reply with options.

Check-in is from 3:00 pm (until midnight) and check-out by 11:00 am. If you arrive early or leave late, let reception know and they'll help.

Breakfast is served in the house (published hours 7:00–8:30 am), but whether it's included depends on the room and rate: listings disagree. Ask when you book.

The Double and the Triple have air conditioning; the Economy Double has a fan. In the shared dorms, per the house rules, the AC runs from 7:00 pm to 7:00 am. Each room page lists its own features.

At Carrera 4 #31-82, El Prado, Santa Marta. From there the Cathedral and Parque de los Novios are about an 18-minute walk (approx. 1.3 km), and the north entrance of the Ziruma trail about 6 minutes.

Simón Bolívar airport is about 13–14 km away. Take a taxi, or ask reception about the airport transfer the house offers for a fee.
